 Martin & I would just like to say that we are extremely pleased with our new downstairs toilet and utility room.

The whole process from the initial consultation with Lee through to the completion of the build was a good experience. The project was carried out professionally and well within the time frame.

We were particularly impressed that Ian kept us informed at every stage and he was happy to answer any queries or requests on our part. Ian and his team Barry (carpenter & roofer), Nic (plumber) obviously work well as a team.

They were all very pleasant and very mindful, both to us and with working in our home.  The guys were considerate and left the working area as tidy as possible after the day’s work.

We would have no hesitation in recommending you guys to potential customers.

The councillors on the tender board liked the quality of your paperwork, which made it clear that you had understood what we were looking for and set out the proposed contractual relationship very clearly. They also felt that your price represented value for money, and the fact that you were local was another plus.

Overall we thought your approach to the job, particularly Lee’s stress on customer satisfaction (including keeping the customer informed) was excellent. You did a good job very quickly, which as you know helped us because we managed to get the bill paid using money available in the last financial year.

So no complaints at all.
